Once in the portal, register for your account. You will need your account number (which is on your water bills) and your phone number. If there is no phone number or the wrong phone number associated with your account currently, it will not let you register. Please call the office and we can get that fixed for you.
Once in the portal, you can choose your preferences to how you want to receive your statements. We also can do this for you on our end. The only thing our office wont be able to do is sign you up for text options.
There will be a convenience fee for all credit card payments in the amount of $1.50 or 2.5% , whichever is greater. This includes automatic credit card payments. If you would like to have an automatic bank draft, there is no charge for this service.
